Classroom-based, continuous assessments

‘Classroom-based assessment (CBA), also known as “formative”, “ongoing” or “authentic” assessment, consists of informal practices conducted by teachers and learners themselves to both monitor and improve the quality of learning processes’ (Bernard, 2009: 28).
